Located in the heart of Al-Nawras Island, our entertainment destination is situated on the beautiful shores, offering a captivating view. With a land area exceeding 36,000 square meters and a built-up area of over 62,000 square meters, the destination provides visitors with a variety of exciting experiences and diverse entertainment zones to cater to all preferences.
The project is to be located on a reclaimed island adjacent to the Red Sea. It is situated within the marine environment of the Red Sea and around 73 m away from the coastline, some 6.25 km north-west of King Fahed Industrial Port in Yanbu and some 12.6 km south-east of Yanbu Commercial Port, as well as approximately 300 km northwest of Jeddah and 868 km on the western side of the capital city of KSA, Riyad.
The project is aiming at achieving LEED Certification with a target level of Silver. Qatar Green Leaders supported the main contractor by providing LEED technical support during construction to ensure full compliance of LEED requirements.
