Tabuk Family Entertainment Complex will be constructed on a previously undeveloped land located on the north-eastern side of the King Faisal Ring Road within the Muruj Al Amir District, Tabuk city, Tabuk province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). It is situated inland, around 140 km north-east of the Red Sea, some 174 km south-west of the Gulf of Aqaba, and approximately 1,090 km on the north-western side of the capital city of KSA, Riyadh.
Tabuk Complex will be a garden of entertainment and community focused leisure development for all age groups and will host a mix of world class attractions and leisure facilities, such as, Seven FEC, go kart, cinema, edutainment, bowling, play doh, wellness, black box, F&B and retail.
The project is aiming at achieving LEED Certification with a target level of Silver. Qatar Green Leaders supported the main contractor by providing LEED technical support during construction to ensure full compliance of LEED requirements.
