In the heart of Almadinah region, SEVEN’s entertainment destination is located within King Fahad Central Park as one of its prominent landmarks. Spanning over 84k sqm built-up area, the destination is inspired by the beautiful mountains and nature of the city. It offers 6 entertainment zones that include various entertainment experiences catered for all ages to enrich the region’s quality of life.
Madinah project is located in the South West side of the city along one of the two main commercial corridors and will also be a part of the biggest family park in Madinah, King Fahd Park.
The project is aiming at achieving LEED Certification with a target level of Silver. Qatar Green Leaders supported the main contractor by providing LEED technical support during construction to ensure full compliance of LEED requirements.
