Qatar University (QU) intended to renovate the Higher Administration Building – QU Campus in Al-Tarfa, Doha, Qatar. The project is comprised of Offices, in a (G+2) building with a Total Built-up Area of 4,981.00 sq.m. The project is required to comply with GSAS 3-Star rating during construction and obtain the Final GSAS Certificate from GORD.
QGL has been invited by M/s. IBA (the Main Contractor) to handle the requirements and manage the compliance of GSAS Certification under their scope of work according to the tender documents. This involves the provision of GSAS Consultancy services to ensure contractor’s compliance to the requirements of the targeted Star Ratings in accordance with GORD’s Procedures.
