The project is the MENA Office Building located at Energy City Qatar (plot ECQ-B11), Lusail. As per ECQ requirements, the project must obtain a GSAS Certificate with a minimum 3-Star Rating. The first part of the GSAS certification has been completed during the design stage and the project has already obtained a provisional GSAS certificate (LOC-Letter of Conformance) from GORD. GSAS Certification Services for the second part (CDA – Conformance to Design Audit) has been provided by QGL, Including the registration, preparation and provision of all necessary documents, coordination of GSAS Audits and Final Submission to obtain the Final GSAS certificate, from GORD.
