The project is a residential tower in West Bay, which is intended to contribute to the tourism industry by providing 433 luxurious suites to host the upcoming population in Doha’s impressive downtown. The design of the back of house with offices, canteen, changing room facilities and laundry, and the all-day dining restaurant and ballroom allow the tower to be operated both as residential and hotel like serviced apartments. Furthermore it introduces a unique Arabic character in its design, making the tower one of its kind in Doha’s Skyline. The building comprises 43 floors with build-up area of 46,543m2. It was envisaged by the project developer to implement sustainability by pursuing LEED and GSAS certifications.
