The project is a Residential building at the north-south edge of Lusail Marina District on plot RES-18. The project is composed of 2B+G+M+16 floors. The total GFA is approx. 21,190 m² and total built-up area is approx. 28,292 m². GSAS Certification Services during construction to be provided, including the registration, preparation and provision of all necessary documents, coordination of GSAS Audits and Final Submission to obtain the Final GSAS 2-Star certificate, from GORD.
Qatar Green Leaders supported the project owner in obtaining the required GSAS certificate during design by managing the application of GSAS (Letter of Conformance – LOC) in accordance with GORD procedures. In addition, Qatar Green Leaders has been hired by the main contractor to obtain the Final GSAS certificate during construction by managing the Conformance to Design Audit (CDA).
