Hamad Port is the main gateway of Qatar to the world, and it is one of the top ports in Qatar besides Doha and Al Ruwais ports.
The port includes many facilities such as: ports, dry docks and ports, container terminals and other terminals, including cruise ship stations. It provides relevant services such as: maritime guidance, ship docking and navigational assistance, in addition to shipping, unloading, handling and storage of goods of all types and containers.
HPP believes that environmental preservation has been a fundamental goal in all phases of building the port, therefore receiving a sustainable accreditation as one of the largest green ports worldwide proves realizing this goal. It also affirms that HPP is committed to the local and international environmental standards and that it adopts the latest innovative practices based on environmental sustainability and clean energy.
