LEED Projects
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Provide LEED Technical Support & Guidance to Arabtec Construction team in matters related to LEED compliance & documentation.
- Review & verify the monthly LEED progress report and provide recommendations to Arabtec Construction team for adjustments before submitting to the main LEED consultant.
- Attend bi-weekly LEED meetings and represent Arabtec Construction as their LEED specialist.
- Respond on a timely manner to any RFI or Technical Inquiry pertaining to LEED raised by consultant(s) or sub-contractor(s).
- Advise Arabtec Construction LEED implementation team on compliance issues upon their request.
- Support the LEED documentation team in the preparation of final submission upon project substantial completion, before handing over the documents to the main LEED consultant.
L15001 - Msheireb Project - BP2
Qatar Green Leaders has been invited by M/s. Arabtec Construction to provide LEED Technical Support Service for their team in the documentation of LEED compliance of Msheireb Project. The service shall be provided on a part-time and on-call basis and shall pertain only to the limits of LEED Project Boundary and LEED Construction Credits/Prerequisites that fall under the scope of work of Arabtec Construction.
